I was very excited to find the Warehouse/Coast/Oasis website, but it seems like they don't have their act together very well. I placed an order for two items on August 15th and still have not received it. I wrote to customer service on August 19th asking when my items would be shipped. They responded August 20th saying it was shipped but that they couldn't provide a tracking number. Received another e-mail on Aug. 22nd saying my item was shipped on the 22nd and that I could check status by logging into my account - no such luck. Received a THIRD e-mail on August 28th saying it won't be long now, finally with tracking, and that my order would arrive 3-5 business days. Might finally receive my order from New York a month later, and hoping I like the items as I don't even want to know what their return procedure is like. Their website also seems a little dysfunctional when you're logged into your account.
