“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

I ordered a couple of things as gifts for a bride and paid for next day delivery. Needless to say they did not arrive on time, nor did they ever arrive. I have chased and chased and chased this company for a refund. I had one email from them saying I would get my refund by the 6th September (3 weeks after the non arrival of my goods). Again that has never arrived! I have sent so many emails to them now with no reply. I think they just think people will swallow the cost rather than fight for their money back. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE TAKEN OFFLINE!
