“Customer Service Staff very good and bed is very good”

Ordered a small double bed from Monster Beds for our daughter. The bed frame arrived but not the mattress. Rang customer service staff - they were very good and confirmed the mattress & frame should have arrived together. Not to worry, they would follow up the missing mattress and send me a replacement immediately. The replacement mattress arrived very quickly within 2 days.

When I opened the plastic I noticed what seemed a 'stale' smell. I rang the customer service who advised it is likely to be the fire retardent applied to the mattress. She advised to let it air for a day or so and the smell should go away. I'm pleased to say she was right - I have no issues with the product. The bed put together quite simply - very sturdy and good value for money. The memory foam mattress is so comfortable and a perfect size for our growing 10 year old - which hopefully should last her for a few years.
