The phone rang for a good few minutes but when the operator answered, there was a lot of background noise and she couldn't hear me properly and I was asked to repeat myself a few times but this was so the details I was giving were down correctly. After everything went through fine over the phone, I received emails with all the information I required promptly and was informed I would receive the software would be put in the post and I would receive it within a few working days. I then received a further email apologising for the noise level and for having to repeat myself a couple of times. This I felt was very kind on the operators behalf.
