“worse car insurance company I've dealt with”

Car insurance was cancelled six weeks ago, I was informed I had a refund of over £200 less £55 charges. The money is suppose to be returned to my bank in 7 to 10 days. Now six weeks later several phone calls and many emails to Halifax I am still waiting for the refund. Do they ever pay out!!
