My whole experience with this company was a disaster. I ordered flowers & prosecco to be delivered to my friend's apartment for a special birthday. On day of delivery florist contacted me to say flowers had been left with a neighbour as my friend wasn't home at time of delivery.
I contacted friend & informed her. After a few days I found out from my friend that she'd gone to several neighbours in her building & no sign of Delivery. She'd also put up a note in lobby asking if anyone had taken them in but no luck.
I contacted florist asking where exactly the gifts had been left. The next day I got an email saying someone would ring me about this the same day. They never did. I had to email them again after not hearing from them after 2 days.
I eventually got a reply saying the driver had attempted to leave off with a neighbour, the neighbour refused & told him to them in the hallway, which the driver did. I was also told the driver would ring me to confirm this story. Not only was I furious that the original report that the gifts were left with a neighbour but that the driver was trying to blame a neighbour.
I replied saying the driver ringing me was pointless as it would not make the gifts reappear & that I could not believe they'd been left in such an unsafe place.
I asked for a refund & was told I couldn't have one as I hadn't provided alternate delivery arrangements - I didn't know I had to specify not to leave a bouquet of flowers & btl of prosecco in an open area!
Eventually the company said they'd redeliver gift with apologies & could I find out if my friend, who works, would be home on a weekday despite my original requested delivery day being a Saturday. This is my friend who'd already spent her evenings searching her building for her birthday treat following the lies told by this company.
When my friend did get the gifts there was no apology at the time of delivery or a note from the florist.
I would never use this company again, what a farce!
