“NOT value for money”

I was extremely disappointed with the value for money. Tickets are expensive, food is poor and extremely expensive and there appears to be more shops than rides. On top of that, you purchase a parking ticket which they check before you leave the car park. As if they haven't taken enough of your money. If I had felt I had received value for money I would not have been so disgruntled about the demand for my parking ticket as I left.

When it was time to eat we ordered at the restaurant in the Castle; It was not particularly clean, the previous diners plates were left on the table. When our food arrived we were presented with 2 adult meals which consisted of 1 overcooked baked potato each garnished with an extremely small salad. The adult meal is served on a small plate! We also had 2 chicken children's meals, 2 small bottles of water and 2 large bottles of water. This poor meal came to just over £26.00. Make your own mind up!

It is about time that our greedy theme park owners started to deliver value for money; they should take a leaf out of our american friends book!

The only saving grace for the park is the staff who were really nice and helpful. I bet they are on pittance wages!
