“Unreliable - Booking not sent on to hotel!”

LateRooms seem very keen to email me with confirmation of booking and requests for reviews before the date of our stay. But they TOTALLY FAILED to communicate with the hotel and pass on our booking in the intervening 16 days! In future I will try to book direct with the hotel (and see if they can match laterooms price) or else be sure to follow up with a phone call. This company appears to be taking a commission for doing nothing.
