I booked flights for myself and my 2 young children. When I arrived at the airport I was told that I was not booked onto the flight. I had to pay for the tickets again, direct with the airline. Luckily they had seats left and I was very early for the flight, or else I would have been left stranded in a foreign country with 2 kids. Netflights apologised on my return for taking my money but not booking my flight to England and gave me £150 compensation. Better than nothing, but not worth the stress I went through.
