on the 10 of september i ordered flowers to be delivered. i even specified the time date location and recepients name. the flower company did not deliver the flowers and did not deliver it the time that i requested on the day i requested it to be delivered. the recipient very got the flowers. after talking to 5 customer service representatives i finally spoke to the supervisor only to find out that i was not going to be reambursed from the company i ordered from (in adition to the imaturity of the supervisors reaction the the problem). customer service was no help at all. they took my money and did not do as promised. i want my refund.
