“Bad Practice”

My deposit refund should have come through 6th September so when I phoned today I am being told its an admin glitch and they would process it today. Now I am being told a further 48 hours leaving me without money for the weekend. Funny that the transaction is instant when it goes into their account but it will have taken 10 days for my money to go back to my account. I think this is really bad practice by a reputable company.
