“Absolutely horrendous company”

I have been unable to start 2 different jobs because of this company. When my last job came to an end, I was told by Office Angels that they would place me in another booking for the following week, no interview required. However they then told me they were unable to let me work for this new company due to the smallprint which they Office Angels had missed which effectively ruled me out for the job. A few weeks later through a different agency I applied for another job and was told that I had got the job. Office Angels had 5 days to send them a job reference through which they managed to do on the Friday at 5.30pm. I was then told that I had missed out on the job due to the reference being too late and missing the deadline. I have missed out on 2 jobs because of this useless "recruitment" agency and I would advise no one to go through them. I have tried to complain but I am always told the branch manager is not in the office.
