I rented a car with Avis last weekend for a period of one day. To my surprise days later when checking my bank statement they had charged me more then twice the amount they were suppose to take as deposit.
No only that if I did not complaint no refund would have been done like normally should be after the car return.Not only Avis did not gave me any reasonable explanation they also say it can take up to 7 days to get my refund done. I was going to do a second rental for next month and already gave up as the customer service is terrible.
