“FIRSTCRY IS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS”

I'd ordered (911201MRW4720503) some products and made the payment online on dt- 22nd Aug'13 but even after more than 15 days not yet received the product and when I queried to their customer care first they asked me for 48 hrs and again when I made a call they again asked me 24 hrs to investigate the product. Now, I'm feeling that they even don't want to refund the money.

As per my experience, would suggest to not buy any product from this site.
