I have tried all the fad diets out there including shake diets. Nothin worked for an extended period of time.
I am into my 7th week of cambridge weight plan and have lost 11.5kgs and feel fantastic.
The shakes are tasty and easy to manage around my one year old.
I did have to wait until I stopped breastfeeding to start but it was well worth it.
My attitude towards food has chaned completely.
I still eat out with people and have meals but they are controlled and because I have lost all this weight I am not interested in the foods that might put it back on.
The consultant is the cherry on top. Mine is so down to earth but firm. I know I can always count on her to be fair and motivating! Having a weigh in is so good because I have someone checking in on me weekly and this is so motivating.
I find the amount of water hard to consume bit I try my hardest to do my best!
I now officially have no clothing that fits. I look like a gangster with all my baggy jeans that use to give me muffin tops!!!
HIGHLY RECOMEND THE CAMBRIDGE WEIGHT PLAN!!!!
