“Disappointing ”

When I first entered my quote into enviro phone we were offered over £20 for three phone which we was really happy as compared to other websites it was a lot more. However, enviro phone didn't say that they were going to drop the price to just over £5 after testing the phones. I found this irritating and felt let down as on the other websites they told you what price they would give you for your phones if they didn't work... Where as enviro phone did nothing of the sort. I wouldn't recommend. I would have liked to have known the price would have dropped dramatically before committing to send them away.
