Booked my hotel reservation through Tingo . Everything was fine with the reservation when I got to the hotel. The problems began when I got back from vacation. I did receive money back from Tingo ( I booked the room in season and actually went to the beach off season)--however I also received a charge on my credit card from the hotel itself. I called Tingo and they said they would take care of it. I received an e-mail a couple of days later from Tingo saying that they had spoken to the hotel and the hotel said the only charge they put on my card was for the $50.00 for beach chairs. I did order the beach chairs but I used my bank card to pay for those. I sent Tingo an e-mail back and told them there was a $684.84 charge from the hotel. After a couple of days with no response I called the hotel and explained the situation and within a couple of hours they had fixed the problem.------ while that may seem like a problem with the hotel---how did the hotel get my credit card number? I only gave my card to Tingo.----The real kicker ???? The amount the hotel was charging me was almost $140.00 less than Tingo charged me as the final amount !!!!!!!!!! I paid $839 and change through Tingo and again the hotel was charging me was $684.84. Will I use Tingo again??---Nope !!
