I was broken into on the 21st July this year and Churchill have been appalling. I've had to phone them almost daily, I've had 2 assesors out and one made me sign a statement, I've been made to feel like I am a criminal. I've complained and they feel they've finalised my complaint even though my claim has not been settled. I've been told that the claims assessor is too busy to phone me. I am at the end of my tether with them, all I want is my possessions replaced and they are trying whatever they can to get out of it. The biggest joke of all is they haven't had a problem replacing my window. Not quite sure if I'm dealing with the same company considering the buildings side they believe me but the contents side are making me out to be a fraudster! I would not recommend this company to any one and be careful if you do take out insurance.
