“Weak - bikes poorly prepared, website confusing ”

Bought two bikes from wheelies a felt z95 and a ridgeback comet. They were quick and efficient at sending them out. When they arrived the problems began. The felt had a poorly set up front mech and the ridgeback was the wrong size. I phoned back and rejected the ridgeback because it was extra small (15") when I ordered a large (21") frame.
After speaking to a somewhat rude and disinterested woman who repeatedly informed me it was my fault I then rang back and got through to a helpful supervisor who replaced the bike for a ridgeback motion (annoyingly a lower spec bike). This arrived and I was appalled at the poor finish. The rear wheel was buckled/out of true, the saddle was incorrectly installed, the rear brake pads were loose despite the engineer's report being signed off as each of these items being checked. Additionally to this, the paint finish has been damaged n the front fork I can't be bothered to send anger bike back and certainly won't be using a mail order service again, in particular, wheelies - buy from a local shop. The comeback is better as is the presentation of the bikes - wheelies engineers should be ashamed of their work
