“Refund taking ages and very rude call centre agent”

I've been complaining about my refund but it's been a month already and yet, nothing happened. Everytime i call them, they keep saying 'check your bank statement after 7 working days', which i've done everyday as i've got online banking.
Then recently, i spoke to a very rude call centre agent. I've been professional in dealing with the matter but she was insistent and stroppy that they've already refunded it. She even let me wait for long time, when she came back and found that refund has not been made yet, she started being nice.
