The service is excellent, the value is excellent and unlike other similar offers from competitors, which I have used previously - you get what it says on the tin.

If you're honest about what you are sending to them you will get what they say you will, offering the value for normal wear and tear - which is expected on a two year old phone as with most 24 month contracts! In comparison to my previous experience with competitors who nit-pick at the condition of your phone to reduce their offer I couldn't be happier with my experience here.

One suggestion, it would be handy if you would send a box to put the phone in with the pack for returns!

Will definitely recommend and use in future.
