“Website very slow or doesn't work at all”

The Virgin Money website is really frustrating - its like not being able to get into the bank because you can't open the door! I type in my password to login, click 'sign on' and nothing happens! I keep trying and still nothing happens. Its really bad not to be able to access your online banking for no apparent reason. This has happened to me three times now. Would not recommend Virgin Money for this reason.
