I am absolutely fed up with online stores being able to take our orders, and therefore our money, whilst giving us no option to contact them by phone if there is a query.
I placed an order for a cardigan with Oasis online, and later on I thought I would order an additional one, in a different colour. When I did, I noticed that, although I had chosen a "small" size, the order summary said I had chosen "extra small". I deleted it and tried again, making sure to choose the "small" size but, again, it came up with "extra small". I didn't go ahead with the order, thinking there must be an error in their system. Of course, it didn't cross my mind that my order placed earlier on might have the same error. But when I checked, it did.
There is no way to contact this online company except by email, which means you are completely at their mercy, which is outrageous. This should be illegal. What are they afraid of? Even Amazon have a phone number!
I am FURIOUS that I have to sit and wait for a response by email. Never EVER again will I order online from Oasis. Even if a miracle happens and someone comes back to me and sorts this out in a satisfactory and efficient manner, I am very upset by this issue of no phone number. This is appalling customer service and shouldn't be allowed. It's too one-sided.
