“a decline in service”

There was a time when it didn't matter who you got on the phone at trailfinders, they were all, always great. I have been using them for 30 years. But recently the service has really dipped. to the point where i had to hang up on one sales person because they were so rude and useless!
I am traveling tomorrow and all of their phone lines seem to be out of order!
Worried that their decline has come to a conclusion.
