“Lost backup, servers changes, WHUK root password revealed”

Written on: 03/09/2013 by Customer_Review (1 review written)

I have been using this company for a very long time and have threatened many times that I will leave them due to their constant poor management, however having a lot of clients websites hosted with them it does make this process not desirable to say the least.

They make server changes far to often which are supposed to improve security, however have an adverse affect of completely disabling clients websites for which I need to spend ages "helping" their team resolve the issues.

They deleted one of our accounts by accident and did not have a recent backup to restore because of a recent server migration.

Their website provided any tom, d ick or harry access to their master Enom account which anyone could have taken control of, as they "accidentally" had a web page in "developer mode".

Username: whukenom
Password: wEbh0xxxxxxxxxx (removed for security and has been changed anyway)

They are cheap, but cheap comes at a cost... improvement is needed with their back end management team.
