Flowers ordered for next day delivery. 3 days later advised not done, full refund given next day promised. 3days later email rec'd saying flowers not delivered due to water damage!! I phoned to find out. New 'nominated' day (joke) given for following day - a Saturday. Office address so no good. Monday promised then cancelled as Bank Holiday. £10 offered and rejected as derisory. It took 9 days to deliver flowers no idea whether they were any good. M&S rejected my store review because it fell outside their guidelines! You can only review the flowers not the service. Ridiculous given this is an on-line delivery service you are buying as much as flowers. M&S lost customer in part because of their arrogant attitude to customers. It seems they have learned nothing. Have written a formal complaint.
