Orginally I had a couple of problems moving from my old insurance company to Chaucer, due to mistakes on the old insurance entry on to the DCU database for a incident that never took place. I called Chaucer and the customer advisors were very helpful.
I was then asked to provide my NCB proof to chaucer which I did via email in the alloted time, however I continued to get mails saying I had not submitted proof of NCB - so I emailed the company to complain. I recieved a call from chaucer asking me to contact them - so I did and spoke to a lovely lady who walked me through everything, and was so helpful and understanding, about the NCB.
My complaint was dealt with speedily, and professionally, and I would recommend Chaucer as a good Insurance company, friendly professional advisors.
