“it seems they don't like it when you pay off your loans”

I borrowed money from them a few times and paid off all my loans. My last loan with them took a while to pay off cos my circumstances had changed. I paid it off in one go. BUT next time when i wanted to borrow again many months later their system refused them. I called them to have a chat about why and of course they were as vague as ever saying the computer doesn't tell them why. They told me to write to their resolution department to find out why and then that just told me to contact a credit reference agency to find out why. I never did, cos after that I just went to Wonga who gave me a loan with no fuss. Who do they think they are? I do not owe them a penny but it seems they just got the hump with me. I sometimes wonder if they wanted me to be seriously fall behind and end up owing them lots of money so that they could chase me down the street for it.. Don't go near them, they'll only try to mess up your credit rating later down the line.
