Clear, easy to follow website. Excellent and timely email confirmation, updates, reminders etc. First class.

I'd recommend HotelDiect to all, irespective of the budget you have or location inolved.

The "hidden gem" type option was the one I plumped for and secured a fantastic deal in one of London's top 5* hotels.

Nothing i didn't like about the HotelDirect service or the purchase made. Wonderful.
