The main problem we had was on arrival. We were a party of 8, which required 3 rooms. When we got to reception we were told that Travelrepublic had booked two rooms for 5 people with one company, and the other room with a totally different company, but unfortunately you had got it wrong because you told the hotel we needed a room for 2 people, whereas it should have been for 3. We didn't actually get a room until 2:30pm the following day. Hence spoiling our holiday before it had even begun. Not sure why you had to use two use two separate companies to book the rooms! If we had known how many students were staying there we might of thought differently about staying there.
