Excellent service with helpful information sent through by return of email. Prompt delivery and very friendly and personal service. Third time I have used The Pen Company. They are recommended by me.
It was especially good to hear back from them when I asked for help over maintenance of the pen & nib replacement. The Pen Company sent me instructions individually and then made comment thanking for the request and that they were likely to include such information on their web site in future.
