Got the quote on a Wednesday. Jiffy Bag arrived on the Thursday. Sent the 'phone on Friday. Received acknowledgment on Saturday. Received email saying my transaction was processed on Tuesday. Cheque arrived on Wednesday.

Excellent - 1 week, no hassle, kept me informed at each stage.
