“Item still not delivered!”

I can't review my product as I still haven't received it But Customer service is absolutely shocking!! I ordered a scooter which was £120 on 16 aug 4 days later I was notified of an extra delivery charge which I payed 2 days later on 29 aug I emailed enquiring as to when I should expect my order they replied whit the same email implying I hadn't paid the extra delivery and when I notified then of the payment made 8 days ago the replied "sorry your item will be dispatched" when I emailed that this wasn't good enough as i felt they were never going to ship my order until I brought it to there attention the only reply I got was that they don't no why my order wasn't shipped over a week ago it's just human error they told me. I am so disappointed I will never use them again and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.
