“Drive 24/7 Breakdown Cover”

I do wonder about some of these reviews on this site as some of the situations are not covered by Drive 24/7 Breakdown Cover.

Things not covered such as

• Running out of fuel, wrong fuel in vehicle, loss of keys, broken glass.
• Keys locked in vehicle, damaged keys, key fob faults.

Some reviews here say how wonderful Drive 24/7 had been covering such situation as outlined above? 

Anyway, used them for the first time the other. Flat battery. Service was Ok although waited over an hour.

Next day got a letter from 24/7 stating they required written proof of repair for the fault that caused the vehicle to fail?

Called them to advise it was a flat battery and a light had been left on. A rather confrontational and very rude person from 24/7 advised I would now be billed for this call out as this was not covered by them (I've looked at the website and policy and flat batteries are covered.
The conversation and aggressive stance of their worker was a real turnoff and their staff member was not even correct.

I've also never been asked by the AA or RAC to take my car to a garage to confirm the fault was fixed and send them written proof.

You get what you pay for and these guys are far from the best.
