“WHAT A DISGRACE”

Do not ever use momentum coach hire.........they tell you its not company policy to tell you about hidden extras during quoting.....they tell you to secure the price you must pay a deposit there and then. Then they bump the price right up and refuse to give you the deposit back. They also tried to take full amount from my account during dispute and I had to open a new bank account and transfer everything over to stop them getting my money. The ever so helpful manager keeps quoting that "It's company policy not to tell you ....its company policy not to tell you we don't actually have coaches or drivers in Scotland, we're just brokers....its company policy not to tell you who the managing director is........he doesnt want to take phonecalls" this company is piggy backing on other coach operators and adding their own fees on willy nilly.............don't trust them......do yourself a favour and steer well clear !!!!! Phone the companies direct yourself. I now have to try to fight to get my money back and also find another coach company in a short space of time
