“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ”

I ordered a wheelybug on the 30th June from Aimee's boutique, payment was taken out on the 2nd, the following week I was told the item had been shipped. Two months later and still no delivery. The phone used to ring and cut you off after 4 minutes of holding, now it just sounds like a dead line. I've emailed several times, the first email I got a reply to saying it would be with me by that Friday, that was 3 weeks ago. I emailed again the following week when my delivery did not arrive, I got another reply saying that this would be looked into. I have yet to have another response from them despite numerous emails sent by myself to them.
I have now called trading standards and advise all of you have had the same issue to do the same, and also called to check if they are still trading which they apparently are. I have now gone to my bank and requested a chargeback to my account for the £55 that they were so quick to take. I am totally disgusted with the lack of service received. I hope you all complain to trading standards and get this website shut down. Good luck with getting your money back or your goods delivered.
