I'm in Edi's office from 1 month ago learning English and I watch their job every day and their client's satisfaction. It's easy to know who is a new client and who are the regular clients. New clients are surprised that the price quoted is the same as they pay on collection of the car without tricks, without extra charge, without surprises!!
Regular clients are recognised because they seem as if they are like family, they already knows that the are going to hire a spotless car (I have personally watched how the cars are cleaned) and they will get kind and great customer service.
The other thing that has caught my attention here, it's that clients who need (at the begining or in the end of their holydays, when they don't have a car yet) Edi goes to the hotel or to any point of El Campello, and they take and pick you up there for free. This is to me more than a kind customer service.
In conclusion in Edi's Rent a Car, they work hard to give you an excellent customer service and they always achieve it.
