Ordered a GoPro Hero 3 camera as a birthday present, and was pleased that the company phoned me to suggest a more suitable battery, giving me a 50% discount on it. They also exchanged the SD card for a more suitable one with no extra charge. As requested on the phone this offer was then emailed in writing so I didn't have to decide then or there.

A couple of emails that I sent about the battery weren't replied to, but the battery arrived a few days later so no problems. All in all a good company I would buy from again.
