Simple really, had five packages to be delivered from IKEA via parcelforce, one turned up. The driver asked me if I'd seen the other packages. I said no, he said "Oh well, they didn't leave the depot on my van." WHY did you not think to put all the parcels on one van? Called the customer unservice line and was fobbed off with excuses. In summary, they have no idea how many parcels I'm supposed to have, how many they've delivered, how many they've yet to deliver.

On the bright side, the parcel I did receive came with only moderate bashing.
