My sites are constantly down. Locally I cannot see them.
For some reason my IP is blocked, maybe because my reseller account was recently moved witout me knowing and my URL login was different. Very annoying.
But 45 mins on to support and we eventually got my websites up and running and all my emails working.
Such a pain to keep having to do this.
But support good and helpful, patient and friendly.
Just loosing confidence in the servers securities and keeping my sites up and running.
My websites have been down several times in the last few weeks and it just isn't good enough. Looking to move everything to someone else when I get the time. Sorry to say that.
