Phoned late rooms to make a booking. Query dealt with quickly and efficiently. Couldn't book my guest house on line as they had to phone direct. Call agent quickly did this and asked if I wanted to go ahead with booking. Confirmed that I did and was promptly given all the details, booking ref etc that I needed. Would definitely use late rooms again.
