“Didn't book me the right standard of room”

Although booking process was fine Late rooms did not pass on that I had booked a superior double. When we got there we had been booked a basic en suite. This was very disappointing. The hotel confirmed that they had not been passed the correct details. I had to negotiate a new deal with the hotel for the cheaper room as the hotel was then full.
