I use the live chat service quite often and the operators are alway courteous and helpful and quickly resolve any problems. Finally I decided to act, within minutes of contacting them via chat, Pearl from the billing department, had generated an invoice to upgrade my hosting package sent it to me, with a few mouse clicks I paid the invoice with Paypal, and Pearl had my site back online, instantly! They provide a great service and they are quick and efficient, I thoroughly recommend them.
