“Terrible”

I ordered a canvas off youframe and went on to upload my pictures which would be on it. The photo upload website had no direction to it and stuck on 0% the whole time. Later that evening I got an email saying it had gone through after I sent emails enquiring about it which were ignored many times. A month later and I still had no canvas so I decided to ring up, to be fair the woman on the phone was very helpful and it ended with me sending a disc off with pictures on which cost me more money and time. Then upon ordering I told them to leave it with a neighbour and they failed to do so therefore I had to order it to a relatives house and get my ID over to them. The product that arrived was poor and very confusing to build. I will not be ordering again.
