“LateRooms is a voice on the telephone, too!”

I had some queries regarding the booking that I wished to make. So, before pressing 'the continue' button I rang the customer contact centre. The member of staff that I spoke to was a joy. She not only clarified all of the points; she enthused over my plans and added a real human touch. Her energy and interest was pitched at an appropriate level at all times. Just great! I enjoyed the contact so much that I decided to book through her - the computer was no match. Nothing to not like, to be honest. In concluding: she wished me well, thanked me for using LateRooms and we both agreed that human contact on this occasion had hit the spot. Just wish I could have remembered her name. Nothing was too much effort for her.
