Good Points
Excellent Palm style OS and user interface

Bad Points
Email is unreliable after using Palm VII for over a year. Either it can't connect to the wireless netowrk or the server is too busy and times out or it outright loses email or delivers mail several hours or even days late.

General Comments
A good PDA that can't deliver on its wireless promises. Anyone who uses email does it with the expectation that the mail will be delivered and soon. Palm VII dashes those expectations. If you want to use this feature, don't buy the product. If you dont care about email, don't buy Palm VII. Choose a different model.

I have found this to be true after over a year of agonizing usage. Palm will eventually apologize, refund a month's service charge and even fix the problem.

Then another problem creeps in and I have to give up on using email on Palm again until they fix it.



Save yourself the frustration. Just don't buy it.
