“Easy to search”

It's very easy to navigate around the website and tailor your holiday requirements.

What I didn't like was after reserving our holiday details the sales rep on the phone called back and advised the flight price had gone up, we had to pay to sit together and pay to store luggage in the hold with easy jet.

This resulted in my holiday rising from £853 to £1079.

On my receipt there wasn't a breakdown of the charges just a total holiday price.
If I was going to use Sunmaster again I'd like to see an open and honest price breakdown of the charges on my receipt and booking details.
