“Excellent service , Logo was not as i wanted it though.”

When i ordered my clothing with embroidery logo. I went through the process of where to put my logo ect...This then gives you a image of the item with your logo attached. So a standard logo with writing,centred on the left breast, and standard size, not to big and not to small. What i received was a logo that was huge,(6 inches by 6 inches roughly),and not centred.So when the garment is on the logo crinkles up under your arm pit.I was really unhappy with this so i actually sent a support ticket saying so. 3 days on i have had no reply and will not be using the clothing,so feel i have wasted my time and money. I have used the company before, but think now maybe i should move on. I would of been more happy if my support ticket had been followed up by now and maybe some sort of resolution was made. I have no for time explaining over the phone. So sorry clothes2order i am still awaiting a response.
