Absolute nightmare so stressful! I placed an order 6/8/13, few days later received an email saying it would be delivered today 10/8/13 but no attempt was made to deliver it, instead the driver drove it around for a few hours and sent it straight back.
Trying to get a phone number for boohoo is like getting blood from a stone!! Tried their "email" customer service lark. It takes days to get anything sorted and each email is from a different person, made out that it was my fault parcel wasn't delivered until they actually looked at the tracking history and saw I was right.
Parcel never did return to them so they eventually said they would send a replacement out. I really had to fight for them to send it out free next day delivery as they only wanted to send it out standard?! Even after their mess up.
I said at the time of reorder one of the items was out of stock on the website but boohoo assured me it was an error on their website and they are sending me the complete order.
Order arrived with surprise surprise item missing!! Called again and said, send me the item in the next size down "sorry madam I can't change the order. I can refund you which takes 3-5 days to come through and you can reorder it" Do you think I want to chuck any more of my money at boohoo or wait 5 days for a refund and then the delivery time? Eventually they said they would refund to store credit so I can reorder today, even this was like they were doing me a huge favour!!
I'm going on holiday on 30/08/13 and assumed by ordering on the 6/8/13 my holiday clothes would arrive in time. 3 1/2 weeks should suffice right?! It's the 22/8/13 today and after dozens of emails and countless phone calls, I STILL haven't received a complete order. Would of been quicker and easier to have knocked the dresses up myself!!
