Left my car in August 2013 upon return found my car had been ransacked. My sat nav which was locked in the glove box was missing and 3 pound coins out of the ashtray. Reported the incident there and then and had to fill in a form and was told I would receive a call the next working day which I did not. Difficult to get hold of when you want to complain, all they do is hide behind their small print and signs. What they should make clear is that the signs are there to warn you about their staff that will turn your car upside down and take anything of value. Secure parking? What a joke, since the incident I have read dozens of reviews saying the same thing. Wish I had read them first, it would have saved me a lot of inconvenience. This is the first and last time I have used Purple Parking, please park elsewhere.
